United Kingdom:

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)

Free Shipping: All orders within Australia, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom are shipped for free. There are no additional costs for the delivery of your order.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Tracking Orders: Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of the delivery HERE.

Lost or Missing Packages: If a package is not delivered or is lost, please contact our customer service team immediately. Changing Your Address: If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order or before the cut-off time via support@modinzi.com.

Not Home: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when to collect your package.

Refusing Delivery: If you refuse the order upon delivery, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
